In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "php356," "we," "us," "our" refers to the php356 platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://php356.cam.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the php356 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on php356, through which all gaming, financial, and account management activities are conducted.
• "Platform" refers collectively to the php356 website, all game products, mobile-accessible interfaces, payment processing systems, promotional programs, customer support services, and any related features.

To access real-money gaming features on php356, you are required to create a personal Account. The following terms apply to the registration and ongoing maintenance of your php356 Account:

• One Account Per Person. Each individual may only hold one (1) php356 Account. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all Funds associated with the duplicate accounts.

• Account Transferability. php356 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account, Funds, or Bonus Funds to any other person.

All financial transactions on php356 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods. php356 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change, and php356 will communicate any updates through the platform.
• Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified. Certain payment methods or promotional offers may carry different minimum amounts as disclosed at the time of transaction.
• Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your php356 account instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business hours to reflect, subject to the processing times of the originating bank.

• Source of Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited to php356 are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. php356 complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

php356 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated with each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a php356 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions are available to one Account per household, per IP address, and per device. php356 reserves the right to withhold bonuses from accounts suspected of abusing promotional offers.

• Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or fraudulently claim php356 bonuses — including but not limited to coordinated betting patterns, use of multiple accounts, or misrepresentation of eligibility — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

php356 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and verifiable gaming environment. The following terms apply to all Games on the platform:

• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other illegal financial activity through the php356 platform.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening php356 staff, agents, dealers, or other Players through any communication channel.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing any content through php356 that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of the php356 platform or any game content.

php356 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within the required timeframe.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or direction from a competent Philippine authority.
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy policies.

Players may voluntarily close their php356 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Funds (after deduction of outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

php356 collects personal data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, contact information, Philippine identification documents, device and usage data, and transaction history. This data is used to administer your Account, process transactions, detect and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations under applicable Philippine regulations.

php356 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory bodies strictly as required to deliver our services and comply with applicable law.

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the php356 platform, subject to any applicable online dispute resolution mechanisms that php356 may make available.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
